Welcome, student of PopGen.

This Tools site provides specialized functions for Population Genetics and Genetic Genealogy.

While designed around my primary areas of activity and research —specifically Tyrol, the Alps, and Y-DNA (J2)— these utilities are available and hopefully useful for other enthusiasts. The goal is to offer unique, hard-to-find tools assembled with quick online functionality for citizen science in mind.

Current toolsets include pre-processing and analysis functions regarding Admixture/G25, Y-DNA, and more.

Work in progress: Most functions on this site are currently in the Beta or Alpha phase.
